As a working mum with three young children and a self-employed partner with his own business, organisation is crucial to juggle my home and work life. Thankfully, I love organisation and being an organiser is my greatest strength, closely followed by being pretty unflappable in a crisis and having the ability to find a solution to the most difficult problems! I thrive on using these skills to help others manage their businesses and it’s what motivated me to set up Remote Associates. I have over a decade of office and administrative experience, from customer service, advertising, sales, to office manager - and various roles in between! I am used to dealing with people on all levels, from board members to the office junior, as well as colleagues and clients across the world speaking different languages and in different time zones.

Meet Michelle! Michelle is a Virtual Assistant who trades under the name GibsonVA. She is member of the Remote Associates team and provides administrative and creative support to fellow VAs and small to medium sized businesses. Michelle specialises in creative tasks such as social media assistance, blog and copy writing, graphic design, newsletters and much more. With over 15 years experience working within legal, PA and administrative roles together with a flair for photography and all things creative, Michelle puts her mind to the task, lets the creativity flow and produces satisfying and high quality results. We practice what we preach here at Remote Associates. We have our very own VAs! Michelle has been here with us for a substantial amount of time and has become a contributing factor to the services we provide. Jules is a Bookkeeper who trades under the name ABMS. She is member of the Remote Associates team and provides financial support to small and medium sized businesses and specialises in bookkeeping, accounts, payroll and invoicing. With over 20 years’ experience working within Accounts and Payroll roles Jules has worked within lots of different industries, gaining the knowledge to enable her to get the job done. No job is too big or too small for her to accomplish the results that clients require of her. Jules has been here with us here since early 2013 and has enabled us to expand the services that we provide. If you require assistance with your finance function then Jules will be happy to help!
